Solo Founder AI Stack Guide
The $39 playbook for bootstrappers: which AI tools to pay for in year one, what to cancel within 30 days, and the $200/month stack that runs a one-person SaaS. Includes the founder workflows where I save 6+ hours/week with Claude Code, Cursor, and v0.
What's inside
- The $200/month solo-founder AI stack — coding, writing, ops, customer support, with the exact tools and tiers
- Subscription kill-list — which AI tools to cancel within 30 days because the cheaper tier covers 95% of the work
- Decision tree: when to pay for AI vs hire a human for the same outcome (with breakeven math by task type)
- Month-by-month spend plan from $0 MRR to $10k MRR — what to add, when, and what to defer
- 12 founder workflows where I save 6+ hours/week (with prompts and tool chains)
- 60-day refund policy if the math does not save you the price of the guide

Why I'm building this
I've been a solo founder running aisuffer.com plus a homelab plus consulting. In year one I burned over $2,400 on AI subscriptions I either never used or used for ten minutes a week. Every founder I talk to has the same story — five overlapping subscriptions, none of them cancelled because each one solves something the others almost-but-not-quite do.
This guide is the spreadsheet I wish someone had handed me month one. It names the tools, the tiers, the cancellation criteria, and the workflows. If the kill-list alone does not save you $39 in cancelled subscriptions within 30 days, refund — no questions.

FAQ
Who is this guide for?
Solo founders and bootstrappers in months 0–18 of a SaaS, agency, or content product who are bleeding money on AI subscriptions they barely use. If you have a team of 5+, the Manager AI Subscription Guide is the right fit.
What format do I get?
A 32-page PDF plus a Google Sheet stack-calculator. Drop in your current subscriptions and the sheet tells you which to cancel, which to downgrade, and what the leaner stack costs.
Why $39 and not $49?
Solo founders are the most price-sensitive ICP and also the highest-leverage audience for this advice. $39 is the price where I expect a founder to actually buy it instead of bookmarking the free blog posts.
How is this different from the AI Coding Stack guide?
The Coding Stack guide is one decision (which AI coding tool to standardize on) for engineers and managers. This guide is the whole founder workflow — coding, writing, sales, ops, support — with a budget that scales from $0 to $10k MRR.
