How it works: n8n plus LLM
We build on n8n, an open-source automation tool you can host yourself. The flow handles the plumbing. We add an LLM step only where a task needs to read messy text or make a small judgment, like sorting a support email or drafting a reply for review.
Where a plain rule works, we use a plain rule. LLMs cost money per call and can be wrong, so we do not use one where an if-statement does the job. When a step does use a model, we watch for hallucination and add a check before anything is sent.

Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
n8n is open source and self-hostable, so your flows and data can stay on your own server. You can read and edit every step, and there is no per-task fee that punishes you for growing. Zapier and Make are fine for simple links, but they get expensive and opaque fast.
What does per-workflow pricing mean?
We price one workflow at a time, from $1,000. A workflow is one job start to finish, like new lead in CRM to enriched record to Slack alert. You can add more workflows later without re-buying the whole platform.
Will I be locked in to you?
No. The flows live in your n8n instance and you get a runbook. If you stop working with us, the automations keep running and your team can edit them.
